BLEDI: SWANA CLUB!
Welcome to CYBERBLEDI, the future is all black with silver accents, so dress the part and come to Dalston Superstore on the 10th of July for a full night of iconic tracks from across the Arab/SWANA region and beyond! We’ll have legendary DJs across both floors and gorgeous gogos all night so don’t miss it – get your presale tickets now! We have £8 tickets that guarantee entry before 11 (otherwise tickets will be £8 OTD after 10 and £10 after 11) x We will be allocating a number of tickets for people who are low income (priority will be given to refugees and people who are seeking asylum), please email [email protected] with at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange this. There will be photographers at the event taking consented footage and photographs, but consent can be withdrawn at any time for any images/videos on the Bledi social media (just send us a DM or email). Bledi is The Queer SWANA Art Space, a dedicated collective and night out centring QTIBPOC (Queer, Trans/Non-Binary, and/or Intersex, Black people and People of Colour) from the SWANA region (South West Asia/North Africa – commonly referred to as ‘the Middle East’). Bledi (Arabic for ‘My Homeland’) has created a space for SWANA Queers to celebrate our lives and showcase our talents, as underrepresented artists of typically marginalised backgrounds. Free before 10pm! £8 from 10, £10 after 11.
Door Policy Dalston Superstore is a queer space. We prioritise our LGBTQIA+ customers and will sometimes ask our straight & cis allies to support us by not taking up room in our venue. Please be conscious of who this space is intended for and be respectful. Never assume sexuality or gender identity. We will never ask personal questions on the door.
Low/no income access We reserve limited spaces for those who cannot afford the standard ticket price due to being on low or no income. Please email [email protected] to enquire.
